At Merrit, we craft each piece with care and attention, ensuring it’s perfect before it arrives at your door. To maintain the highest quality and exclusivity, many of our products are made to order. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

 

Pre-Order and Lead Times

At Merrit, we currently operate on a pre-order basis for our pieces to ensure the highest quality. This allows us to focus on crafting your art with intention.

Unframed Prints: Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and processing before shipping.

Framed Prints: As each frame is custom-made to order, please allow 4–6 weeks for production and preparation before shipping.

We’ll notify you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

Processing and Delivery Times

Once your order is ready, we aim to ship it promptly.

United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Europe:

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

USA & Rest of World:

Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

 

Packaging 

Unframed Prints: Shipped flat or rolled in sturdy, protective tubes to ensure they arrive safely.

Framed Prints: Carefully packaged with corner protectors, bubble wrap, and durable boxes to prevent damage in transit.

 

Tracking

All orders include tracking details. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

 

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, and duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 

Lost or Damaged Items 

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is lost or arrives damaged:

1. Contact us at team@merritcollections.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. Provide a clear photo of the damage and packaging (if applicable).

3. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether by replacement or refund.

 

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each piece is made to order.
